Meet Katrina

Hello, I’m Katrina Grider, a dedicated real estate broker with a passion for helping people find their dream homes here in the Pacific Northwest. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, I’ve proudly called the PNW home for over 35 years. Family means everything to me — when I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me spending time with my husband, fur baby, family, and my sweet grandson who keeps me young at heart!
After a long and rewarding career in the dental industry, I decided to pursue two of my greatest passions — travel and real estate. I’m the proud co-owner of Above It All Travel – Dream Vacations, a full-service travel agency franchise where I help clients plan everything from luxury cruises to once-in-a-lifetime adventures, group trips and even staycations.
My love for connecting with people and building relationships naturally led me into real estate, where I now serve clients as part of The Tamara Paul Group with REMAX, a powerhouse team built on collaboration, expertise, and heart. 
I’m an active member of my community and love networking through the Covington Chamber of Commerce and the South King County Women’s Council of REALTORS® (SKWCR), where I’m honored to serve on the board as the 2026 First Vice President Elect.
